About the Role

We're hiring an Enterprise Growth Manager to join our dynamic team at Spark Advisors. This remote position offers a unique opportunity to lead our go-to-market efforts across large Medicare agencies and national call centers. As an integral part of our team, you will help redefine healthcare technology and expand access to quality care for millions of seniors.

What You'll Do

  • Drive lead generation by directly reaching out to and building relationships with large Medicare agencies and call centers.
  • Passionately communicate Spark's value proposition to set qualified sales opportunities.
  • Run full product demonstrations tailored to large Medicare agencies and call centers.
  • Develop partnership proposals and negotiate contract terms to close deals effectively.
  • Act as a brand ambassador by promoting Spark through social media and in-person presentations.
  • Collaborate with local Sales and Marketing teams to amplify Spark's brand awareness.
  • Work closely with the Agent Success team to onboard and service contracted agencies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience recruiting local and national Medicare agencies.
  • Deep relationships with large Medicare agencies and call centers.
  • Strong passion for sales and business/market development.
  • Tenacity and creativity to develop new business opportunities.
  • Excellent prospecting, product demonstration, and negotiation skills.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and flexibility in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Experience working with sales engagement software and CRM.
