About the Role

Grafana Labs is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our Adaptive Telemetry team. This is a full-time Engineering Manager position that allows you to work remotely from Canada. As an Engineering Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of telemetry solutions, driving innovation, and ensuring the success of your team.

What You'll Do

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in engineering management or a related field.
  • Strong technical background in software development, preferably in telemetry or monitoring systems.
  • Proven track record of leading successful engineering teams and delivering high-quality products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with Grafana or similar monitoring tools.
  • Experience in cloud-based environments and microservices architecture.
