  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.
  • Experience in conflict resolution and policy enforcement.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and performance management tools.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
