About the Role

We are looking for a Security Researcher to join our innovative team at XBOW. As a Security Researcher remote, you will play a crucial role in building the future of offensive security. Our AI-powered platform is designed to stay ahead of attackers who are leveraging AI to outpace traditional defenses. What You'll Do

• Oversee and operate a continuous initiative deploying XBOW across public bug bounty programs and selected open-source projects.
• Assess and rank targets based on exposure and potential impact, ensuring all activities stay within defined scope and platform guidelines.
• Coordinate the rollout of new attack capabilities and manage the flow of testing activity to balance coverage and capacity.
• Review and confirm vulnerabilities, preparing clear and credible disclosure reports.
• Maintain strong relationships with bug bounty platforms and open-source communities.
• Contribute high-quality technical write-ups of notable discoveries for public or marketing use.

Requirements

• Professional, hands-on pentesting or cybersecurity research skills.
• Strong professional written English with a cybersecurity focus.
• Experience working on either side of a bug bounty program is advantageous.
• Ability to produce high-quality written work that can be edited for publication.
• Curiosity and a willingness to learn are essential traits for this role.
