About the Role

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage payroll product expansion initiatives across multiple countries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Compliance, Legal, and Engineering to ensure successful launches.
• Research and analyze market requirements for new country launches to identify opportunities for growth.
• Develop and execute expansion strategies that align with business objectives and local regulations.
• Monitor and report on expansion progress and key metrics to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a global context.
• Strong understanding of payroll and compliance regulations in the EMEA region.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.

• Experience in a SaaS company or HRTech industry.
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools and their application in payroll management.
• Previous experience working in a remote or distributed team environment.
