Senior Human Data Operations Partner - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Human Data Operations Partner to join our team at Prolific. In this remote position, you will play a crucial role in the operational success of complex and high-value research customer projects. As a leader in the field of human data operations, you will help shape the long-term capabilities of Prolific’s Research participant supply.

What You'll Do

• Act as the primary point of contact for participant-related operations, ensuring seamless communication with client-specific Research teams.
• Manage participant acquisition, onboarding, verification, and activation processes to meet project deliverables.
• Collaborate with the Head of Human Data Operations to identify and address gaps in participant supply.
• Develop detailed project plans and workflows to support efficient delivery of research projects.
• Continuously optimize participant onboarding and activation funnels to enhance retention and performance.
• Monitor participant engagement and quality metrics, using insights to drive operational improvements.
• Contribute to upskilling programs and certification processes for participants involved in complex Research tasks.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align operational priorities with strategic objectives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in operations, preferably within marketplace or platform environments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project management skills with attention to detail and operational execution.
• Experience in implementing and optimizing processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Proficiency in operational tools and systems such as Metabase, Zapier, Asana, and HubSpot.
• Exceptional communication and documentation skills, with a track record of stakeholder enablement.
• Confidence with data analysis and operational metrics to support decision-making.
• Familiarity with human data operations, participant recruitment, or managing global crowdsourcing platforms.

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting AI/ML lifecycle projects, such as data labeling or annotation.
• Understanding of Prolific’s platform and its role in delivering high-quality human data for AI research.
