As a Payroll Client Services Specialist, you will play a crucial role in helping businesses navigate global employment compliantly and efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Serve as specialist level support for all inquiries or issues related to employee payroll runs.
• Act as the regional specialist for all payroll-related matters in your assigned region, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of any changes, delays, or updates.
• Function as the main point of contact for urgent issues and customer escalations, joining customer video calls to find quick solutions.
• Work autonomously on customer escalations and diligently bring them to quick resolution.
• Collaborate seamlessly with various teams, including Customer Experience and Payroll Operations, to deliver exceptional support and meet service level agreements (SLAs).
• May be assigned to specific customers to deliver premium support, ensuring high satisfaction and timely issue resolution.

Requirements

• Experience in processing end-to-end payroll or equivalent experience.
• Deep understanding of payroll specific to the region or sub-region of application.
• Experience in client-facing roles with excellent communication skills.
• Analytical mind and exceptional problem-solving skills to tackle complex issues and escalations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment and adapt to different cultures.
• Fluent in English, comfortable with asynchronous communication, and proficient in using collaboration tools like Slack.
