About the Role

What You'll Do

  • Manage store performance by focusing on KPIs to maximize sales.
  • Demonstrate effective business planning, maximizing opportunities while minimizing risks.
  • Support and execute strategic plans and initiatives tailored for the region.
  • Conduct regular store visits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure standards are met across all stores.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of service propositions across your area.
  • Develop your direct reports, fostering a climate of growth and potential maximization.
  • Contribute positively to the Commercial team through collaboration and trust.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of professional experience in retail management.
  • Minimum of 4 years in a similar role or related position.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
  • Availability to travel as needed.
  • Strong analytical and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
