What You'll Do

• Collaborate with Global Inclusion SMEs and market leaders to develop market-level inclusion strategic plans that align with our global framework.
• Assess and evaluate market inclusion strategies against our enterprise-wide strategy, ensuring they are both globally scalable and locally relevant.
• Manage relationships with cross-functional teams and key external strategic partnerships to support inclusion initiatives.
• Utilize qualitative and quantitative metrics to inform decision-making and enhance market-specific plans.
• Drive the implementation of programs and processes that foster inclusion across our global markets.

Requirements

• Significant experience in enterprise strategy and global markets, with a focus on organizational development.
• Demonstrated experience in inclusive leadership and strategy deployment within diverse international markets.
• Proven track record of creating and supporting market-level inclusion strategic plans based on validated benchmarks.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct assessments and provide cultural insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a persuasive ability to guide and mentor others.

Nice to Have

• Fluency in additional languages such as French, German, Spanish, Chinese, or Arabic.
• Experience in utilizing technology and digital platforms to drive inclusion initiatives.
• Knowledge of socio-economic conditions and demographic analysis in emerging markets.
