About the Role
We are looking for a talented General Manager to join our team at Botanical Place, a stunning new retirement village located in West Byfleet. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a vibrant community that combines independent living with top-notch hospitality services. As a General Manager, you will ensure that our residents enjoy a fulfilling and engaging lifestyle while maintaining operational excellence. This General Manager remote position allows you to impact the lives of our residents positively.
What You'll Do
- Lead the overall operations of the retirement village, ensuring high standards of service and hospitality.
- Manage the village's profit and loss, budgets, and revenue streams, including property sales and leases.
- Oversee the delivery of resident services and wellbeing programs, fostering a supportive and engaging environment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining a safe and attractive facility.
- Inspire and develop your team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Build strong relationships with residents, customers, and stakeholders to enhance community engagement.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of general management experience in operational leadership, preferably in hospitality, healthcare, or retirement living.
- Strong financial acumen with a proven ability to manage budgets and drive revenue.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
