We are looking for a talented General Manager to join our team at Botanical Place, a stunning new retirement village located in West Byfleet. As a General Manager, you will ensure that our residents enjoy a fulfilling and engaging lifestyle while maintaining operational excellence. What You'll Do

• Lead the overall operations of the retirement village, ensuring high standards of service and hospitality.
• Manage the village's profit and loss, budgets, and revenue streams, including property sales and leases.
• Oversee the delivery of resident services and wellbeing programs, fostering a supportive and engaging environment.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining a safe and attractive facility.
• Inspire and develop your team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Build strong relationships with residents, customers, and stakeholders to enhance community engagement.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of general management experience in operational leadership, preferably in hospitality, healthcare, or retirement living.
• Strong financial acumen with a proven ability to manage budgets and drive revenue.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
• A passion for creating thriving communities and exceptional customer experiences.
