Director of Talent Acquisition Excellence - Remote Opportunity
About the Role
We are seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition Excellence to join our team at Brink’s. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead the global capability, innovation, and enablement agenda for our Talent Acquisition function. As a Director of Talent Acquisition Excellence remote position, you will ensure that our recruiters and hiring managers are equipped with the right tools, skills, and resources to deliver an exceptional, technology-enabled hiring experience.
What You'll Do
- Drive capability development and technology pilots to elevate global hiring standards.
- Oversee complex global initiatives that modernize technology and enhance the experience for candidates and hiring managers.
- Design and deploy global TA capability frameworks outlining recruiter and hiring manager competencies.
- Lead the design and delivery of training programs and digital toolkits for recruiters and hiring managers.
- Identify and pilot emerging TA technologies to enhance efficiency and user experience.
- Manage global TA vendor relationships and establish performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align enablement priorities with enterprise goals.
- Track enablement and adoption metrics and translate insights into continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR Transformation within a global organization.
- Proven success leading TA technology pilots and AI integration.
- Strong experience managing vendor partnerships across TA systems.
- Hands-on experience with Workday Recruiting and familiarity with CRM platforms.
- Excellent communication and change-leadership skills.
- Strategic thinker with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
- Ability to manage multiple global priorities and projects simultaneously.

- Familiarity with interview automation and feedback technologies.
