VP of Marketing - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a VP of Marketing to join Tremendous, a leading platform that simplifies bulk payouts globally. As the VP of Marketing remote, you will lead a talented 17-person marketing team and report directly to the CEO. This role offers an exciting opportunity to own the full marketing function, including demand generation, product marketing, corporate marketing, and brand design.

What You'll Do

• Lead and develop the marketing strategy to drive growth and brand awareness.
• Oversee demand generation efforts to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
• Manage product marketing initiatives to effectively communicate product features and benefits.
• Enhance corporate marketing strategies to strengthen our brand presence in the market.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Utilize analytics and customer feedback to optimize marketing campaigns and improve ROI.
• Foster a culture of creativity and innovation within the marketing team.
• Report on marketing performance metrics to the executive team.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a VP of Marketing or similar role, preferably in the FinTech industry.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing high-performing teams.
• Expertise in demand generation, product marketing, and brand management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
• Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
• 5+ years of experience in a senior marketing role.
