What You'll Do

• Engage senior stakeholders to build the influence required for successful project delivery.
• Collaborate with teams across product, marketing, operations, and engineering.
• Identify opportunities to optimize processes and enhance project outcomes.
• Drive problem-solving and data gathering to inform strategic decisions.
• Analyze data and market insights to guide business strategies.
• Develop and track project plans, KPIs, and success metrics.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of innovation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management, particularly in a senior role.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Excellent communication abilities to inspire and persuade stakeholders.
• Commercially minded with a focus on customer outcomes.
• A structured, data-led approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and tackle complex challenges.
• Experience in the FinTech industry is a plus.
