About the Role

We are seeking a Director of Performance Marketing to lead our paid client acquisition efforts in a fully remote capacity. This role is pivotal in driving measurable business impact through strategic planning, creative execution, and rigorous testing. You will work closely with various teams including Sales, CX, Technology, and Digital to develop insight-driven campaigns that foster growth across key client segments.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the planning and execution of client acquisition strategies across paid channels, ensuring strong collaboration with owned and earned channels.
  • Translate growth strategies into actionable activation plans that align with campaign and segment goals.
  • Partner with Media, Analytics, and Finance teams to guide investment decisions and prioritize spending across channels.
  • Oversee campaign briefings and collaborate with creative teams to develop optimized messaging and assets.
  • Ensure that creative and messaging are informed by audience insights and optimized for channel performance.
  • Support communication and alignment across Marketing, Sales, CX, Technology, and Digital teams.
  • Design and execute test-and-learn initiatives, developing hypotheses and evaluation criteria to measure success.
  • Maintain a centralized repository of test learnings and share insights across teams to inform future strategies.

Requirements

  • 8–10+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or integrated marketing.
  • Proven experience executing multi-channel acquisition campaigns across creative and media partners.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in digital-first testing and optimization programs.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
