About the Role
Diehl Kia and Ford of Beaver is seeking an experienced and motivated Dealership Parts Department Manager to lead and grow our parts department. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven professional to join a respected and growing automotive group. As a Dealership Parts Department Manager remote, you will oversee daily operations, manage inventory, support service and sales teams, and deliver outstanding customer service.
What You'll Do
- Manage both Ford and Kia of Beaver's parts department operations.
- Supervise all parts department activities to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain accurate inventory and ordering systems to control costs and maximize profitability.
- Work closely with service and sales departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service delivery.
- Train, motivate, and lead parts department staff to achieve departmental goals.
- Maintain vendor relationships and manage returns/credits effectively.
Requirements
- Previous automotive parts management experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential.
- Knowledge of dealership inventory systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license is required.
