About the Role

As a Customer Support & Sales Agent, you will deliver friendly and solution-oriented support via multiple channels, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

What You'll Do

• Conduct phone interviews to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Drive upsells by identifying value-aligned opportunities during customer interactions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
• Maintain a fixed schedule from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM EET to provide consistent support.
• Utilize strong emotional intelligence and active listening skills to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of customer support experience required.
• Fluent English communication is essential; near-native proficiency preferred.
• Experience in phone-based customer support and upselling is a must.
• Comfortable working independently with a reliable computer and high-speed internet connection.
• Previous remote work experience is a plus.
