Senior Product Designer - Growth Pricing

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer - Growth Pricing Remote to join our innovative team at Stripe. This role offers a unique opportunity to design impactful products that enhance user experiences and drive growth. As a part of our Growth team, you will play a crucial role in acquiring and converting millions of merchants globally, making a significant impact on Stripe's mission to increase the GDP of the internet.

What You'll Do

• Reimagine pricing packages for Stripe to simplify and streamline our product offerings for users.
• Design beautiful experiences that bridge our marketing and dashboard products, ensuring a coherent transition for users signing up to Stripe.
• Work across growth to design experiences that help users take strong first steps on Stripe, activate their accounts, and find the right set of products for their business.
• Understand Stripe’s product suite and customer needs, applying developments in AI/ML to influence our growth strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, and marketers, to create user-facing product experiences.
• Participate in design reviews and share your work regularly with design and company leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant design experience at a tech, product-driven company.
• Experience designing onboarding journeys, product demos, or other growth-related domains.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to align a broad set of stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive with significant autonomy and responsibility.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and designing in analytical/data-driven contexts.
