Talent Acquisition Manager - Remote Opportunity at Synthflow AI
About the Role
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager remote to join our dynamic team at Synthflow AI. As a Talent Acquisition Manager remote, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company by attracting top talent to our innovative AI platform. You will be responsible for managing the entire hiring process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.
What You'll Do
- Own Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire hiring pipeline across technical and non-technical roles, from initial kick-off and sourcing to interviewing, offer negotiation, and closing.
- Proactive Sourcing & Talent Pipelining: Build strong pipelines of high-caliber talent using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, specialized communities, advanced tools, and networking events.
- Partner with Hiring Managers: Act as a strategic advisor to team leads and founders, helping define job scopes and aligning on ideal candidate profiles.
- Elevate the Candidate Experience: Ensure a fast, transparent, and highly engaging candidate journey, representing Synthflow AI positively.
- Manage ATS & Recruitment Data: Maintain impeccable data hygiene in our Applicant Tracking System (Ashby) and track key recruiting metrics.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within a high-growth AI or tech startup environment.
- Proven sourcing expertise with a knack for uncovering hidden talent and crafting compelling outreach messages.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable advising hiring managers on data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication skills to pitch the vision of Synthflow AI engagingly.
- Data-driven mindset and experience managing ATS effectively.
- Ability to juggle multiple open requisitions while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.
- Fluency in English is required; German is a plus.
