Customer Success Engineer - Remote Position

About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Success Engineer to join our team at Conga. What You'll Do

• Work closely with Customer Success Managers to deliver a 5-star customer experience.
• Enable customers to implement best practices for adopting Conga solutions in complex enterprise environments.
• Act as a subject matter expert on Conga products, providing insights that drive customer success and loyalty.
• Conduct structured onboarding sessions to ensure new customers understand the Conga business and solutions.
• Engage in strategic conversations with customers to articulate business value and maximize return on investment.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, ideally as a Customer Success Engineer remote.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Experience with B2B SaaS products, particularly in customer success or technical support.
• Ability to think innovatively and coach customers effectively.
• Familiarity with AI and data-driven solutions is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience with ERP, CRM, or cloud solutions.
• Knowledge of best practices in customer success management.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
