Sales Coach (VP+) - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Coach (VP+) to join our team in a fully remote capacity. As a senior leader in sales, you will play a crucial role in developing and coaching individuals, helping them achieve their professional goals. This Sales Coach remote position allows you to leverage your extensive experience in sales management to empower others in their careers.

What You'll Do

• Provide 1:1 coaching to Mento members through virtual sessions using the Mento Platform and Tools.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance your coaching abilities and skills.
• Communicate with members via your Mento email or chat in the Mento App between sessions.
• Act as an ambassador of the Mento community, sharing coaching tools and insights to enhance our coaching practices.
• Demonstrate kindness, respect, and empathy in all interactions with members.

Requirements

• 20+ years of experience managing sales teams and coaching individuals.
• Passion for helping people advance in their careers.
• High emotional intelligence and self-awareness.
• Willingness to dedicate a minimum of 12+ hours per month to coaching for at least 24 months.
• Experience in a constantly-changing startup environment is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Coaching certification is a plus but not required.
• Experience in a remote work environment.
• Strong communication skills and a growth mindset.
