In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our international customers, providing exceptional service and support regarding our products. What You'll Do

  • Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via email and phone.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to international clients.
  • Verify customer documents and assist with various customer requests.
  • Support fellow customer support agents with ad-hoc tasks as needed.
  • Collaborate with service partners to effectively assist customers.
  • Utilize helpdesk software (e.g., Zendesk) to manage customer interactions.
  • Maintain a customer-first mindset while addressing customer needs.
  • Work full-time and be available to respond to customer inquiries promptly.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both Spanish and English, written and spoken.
  • Some experience in customer support is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.
  • Experience in banking or health insurance is a plus.
  • Familiarity with helpdesk software, particularly Zendesk, is ideal.
