What You'll Do

• Lead and manage the administrative and pedagogical responsibilities for your department, ensuring quality and development.
• Foster a strong culture within our kindergarten, where our values are evident in both words and actions.
• Engage actively in play and daily activities, ensuring that children's needs are met through play and care.
• Participate in the planning and execution of annual plans in collaboration with colleagues and management.
• Contribute to the continuous development of the kindergarten by being actively involved in evaluation work.

Requirements

• A recognized higher education degree as a kindergarten teacher or preschool teacher.
• Experience in kindergarten, particularly as a pedagogical leader, is desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen and collaborate effectively.
• Good command of the Norwegian language, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to undergo a police clearance before starting, though it does not need to be included with the application.
