What You'll Do

• Act as the go-to person for people-related matters, providing expert guidance to teams you support.
• Serve as a strategic partner to leaders, coaching them on team development and growth initiatives.
• Analyze and plan team growth, working closely with the Talent Acquisition team to identify future roles.
• Drive learning and development initiatives, collaborating with the L&D team to address organizational training needs.
• Lead people initiatives and projects, ensuring compliance and best practices are followed.
• Participate in onboarding sessions and conduct exit interviews to gather valuable feedback.
• Oversee the annual salary review process, ensuring fair compensation practices.
• Continuously improve people processes and tools, fostering a culture of innovation and efficiency.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a People Partner, with a proven track record of delivering successful people initiatives.
• A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Deep knowledge of Swedish labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English.
• Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• A creative and process-driven mindset, always seeking to improve efficiency.
• A good sense of humor and a positive attitude towards challenges.
