What You'll Do
- Act as the go-to person for people-related matters, providing expert guidance to teams you support.
- Serve as a strategic partner to leaders, coaching them on team development and growth initiatives.
- Analyze and plan team growth, working closely with the Talent Acquisition team to identify future roles.
- Drive learning and development initiatives, collaborating with the L&D team to address organizational training needs.
- Lead people initiatives and projects, ensuring compliance and best practices are followed.
- Participate in onboarding sessions and conduct exit interviews to gather valuable feedback.
- Oversee the annual salary review process, ensuring fair compensation practices.
- Continuously improve people processes and tools, fostering a culture of innovation and efficiency.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a People Partner, with a proven track record of delivering successful people initiatives.
- A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Deep knowledge of Swedish labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A creative and process-driven mindset, always seeking to improve efficiency.
- A good sense of humor and a positive attitude towards challenges.
