What You'll Do

  • Assist in the development of customer success strategies to enhance user experience and drive engagement.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify upsell opportunities and provide feedback on customer needs.
  • Utilize tools such as Salesforce, Excel, and Google Suite to track customer interactions and manage accounts.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product features and best practices in customer success.
  • Work closely with the product team to relay customer feedback and suggest improvements.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer success or account management role, preferably in a remote setting.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships and trust with clients.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM tools is a plus.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and project management principles.
  • Experience in the golf industry or a passion for golf is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with SQL and data analysis tools.
  • Knowledge of AWS and Redshift.
  • Graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite or Figma.
