Senior Manager of Segment Marketing - Betting & Gaming
About the Role
SEON is seeking a Senior Manager of Segment Marketing (Betting & Gaming) to join our dynamic team. This Senior Manager of Segment Marketing remote position plays a crucial role in shaping our marketing strategies for one of the most strategic verticals in our company. You will be responsible for generating, executing, and reporting on marketing programs that drive new business and expansion pipeline, collaborating closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Customer Marketing teams.
What You'll Do
- Build and execute a vertical-specific acquisition plan to enhance our presence in the Betting & Gaming sector.
- Generate and execute creative marketing programs that drive lead generation and nurture early pipeline and ABX initiatives for new business and expansion.
- Align with sales leaders, AEs, BDRs, and account management teams to communicate plans, actions, and insights that require action on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Collaborate with global field marketing to maximize the return on event investments for the region.
- Participate and present in pipeline reviews, QBRs, and forecast discussions to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Create feedback loops between field insights and marketing execution to refine strategies.
- Represent vertical needs and requirements as inputs for campaign planning and execution.
- Travel approximately 30% to engage with clients and partners.
Requirements
- 6-10+ years of demand generation experience in B2B SaaS, with at least 2 years in account-based marketing (ABM).
- Proven ability to lead collaboration across marketing, sales, and SMEs to support B&G sales goals.
- Strong communication skills to manage marketing programs and collaborate effectively.
- Strategic thinker with a performance-driven mindset and strong analytical skills.
- Experience marketing to the Betting & Gaming segment is a plus.
- Familiarity with HubSpot is advantageous.
- Some sales experience is a plus.
