Corporate Recruiter - Remote Opportunity with Relocation Support

About the Role

We are seeking a Corporate Recruiter remote to join our team at W3R Consulting. This role offers the opportunity to work on a contract basis while providing relocation support for candidates looking to advance their careers in human resources. As a Corporate Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and hiring top-level executives, including CEOs, CFOs, and VPs.

What You'll Do

• Recruit, interview, and recommend placement of candidates from both internal and external sources.
• Maintain effective working relationships with all levels of company management to ensure adequate coverage of human resource needs.
• Consult with management to identify and recommend the most qualified candidates for executive positions.
• Extend offers to selected candidates and arrange for relocation as needed.
• Stay informed of developments in wages, salaries, employee benefits, and general human resource policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business with 7+ years of recruiting experience in staffing or corporate HR.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing techniques.
• Proven experience in directing activities of recruiters supporting talent acquisition initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience in corporate recruiting and healthcare insurance.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build relationships with hiring managers and executives.

Nice to Have

• SPHR certification.
• Project management skills and experience in defining solutions impacting a recruiting organization.
• Experience in developing sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles.
