About the Role

What You'll Do

- Review and analyze contracts to identify risks and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of contracts and related documentation, utilizing contract management software.
- Provide support for subcontractor agreements and sales support initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration or Law.
- 3-5 years of experience in contracts administration or a related field, with a strong understanding of federal government contracting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and contract management software.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail.
Nice to Have
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Experience with Salesforce and other CRM tools.
