Industrial Maintenance Technician - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team at Monbake. This remote Industrial Maintenance Technician position will focus on ensuring the optimal performance of our production machinery through effective maintenance practices. You will play a crucial role in our operations, contributing to the efficiency and safety of our production lines.

What You'll Do

• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on automated production lines.
• Identify potential failure risks in machinery and equipment, proposing and executing necessary interventions.
• Execute planned maintenance tasks, addressing the root causes of any failures.
• Immediately report upon completion of work in the corresponding work order (OT).
• Ensure food safety is maintained throughout all processes.

Requirements

• Technical training (FPI, FPII) or Engineering degree in maintenance, electricity, electronics, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance roles, specifically in continuous process plants.
• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), such as SAP, is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the food production industry.
• Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance in food manufacturing.
