About the Role

Octave is hiring a Contract Clinical Recruiter - Remote to join our dynamic team. As a Contract Clinical Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our talent acquisition efforts while managing your own schedule. This position allows you to work from anywhere, providing flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to a modern behavioral health practice dedicated to high-quality care delivery.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the full cycle, high-volume recruitment process for licensed clinicians.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team and stakeholders on sourcing priorities.
  • Execute sourcing strategies using data and market insights to attract top talent.
  • Represent Octave professionally to candidates, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Provide feedback on recruiting tools and processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Participate in scheduled team meetings to align on recruitment goals.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 1 year in clinical recruiting.
  • Ability to partner effectively with business leaders to understand hiring needs.
  • Experience with sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to work independently without direct oversight.
