Learning Design & Program Intern - Remote

About the Role

We are excited to offer a Learning Design & Program Intern position at Ensono, a leading technology adviser and managed service provider. This remote internship is designed for students or early-career professionals eager to gain hands-on experience in Learning & Development. As a Learning Design & Program Intern, you will support the design, development, and delivery of high-quality learning programs, making a significant impact on our clients' transformative business outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Assist in creating digital, blended, and instructor-led learning materials.
• Support the development of microlearning and engaging learning assets.
• Maintain and upload learning content in the LMS or LXP.
• Coordinate program logistics, including scheduling and logistics.
• Collect feedback from learners and stakeholders for continuous improvement.
• Work closely with instructional designers and curriculum specialists.
• Participate in a 12-month rotational program post-internship.
• Encouraged to bring new perspectives to improve the learning culture.

Requirements

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in relevant fields.
• Interest in Learning & Development or program coordination.
• Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in a learning or educational setting.
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS).
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
