What You'll Do

• Manage and organize project documentation, including submittals and closeout documents.
• Maintain accurate records for construction projects within documentation management systems.
• Review, edit, and manage PDFs and other project files.
• Coordinate documentation updates with project managers and internal teams.
• Track and maintain submittal logs and documentation workflows.
• Ensure documentation is properly filed, accessible, and compliant with project standards.
• Assist with document control and version management across active construction projects.
