About the Role

Join the revolution of content creation and female entrepreneurship as a Content Strategy & Monetization Coach - Remote. In this role, you will guide students in their entrepreneurial journey, providing them with the tools and strategies they need to succeed. What You'll Do

  • Provide coaching and personalized support for content creators, helping them to develop effective content strategies.
  • Conduct weekly one-on-one sessions with students to track their progress and provide tailored feedback.
  • Facilitate group coaching sessions for small cohorts, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
  • Monitor performance tracking and reporting to ensure continuous improvement of the coaching program.
  • Collaborate with a passionate team dedicated to content creation and women's empowerment.
  • Utilize your experience as an active content creator with a minimum of 50k followers to inspire and guide students.
  • Leverage your strong negotiation skills to help students monetize their content through brand collaborations.
  • Analyze content strategies and provide constructive feedback to enhance student learning outcomes.

  • Proven experience in monetizing content through brand collaborations.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to analyze content strategies.
  • Familiarity with tools like CapCut and ChatGPT.
  • Excellent communication skills, natural pedagogy, and empathy.
  • Organizational rigor and autonomy are essential for success in this role.
  • Experience in entrepreneurship is highly appreciated.
  • Ability to synthesize constructive feedback and adapt coaching methods accordingly.
