Account Executive - Remote Sales for Learning Solutions

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate Account Executive - Remote to join our dynamic team at GoodHabitz. In this role, you will engage organizations and inspire them to embrace our innovative online learning solutions. Your storytelling abilities will be key as you pitch and present GoodHabitz to potential clients, helping them unlock their team's potential.

What You'll Do

• Generate leads and convert them into clients through effective sales strategies.
• Manage a consistent sales pipeline using the latest lead generation techniques.
• Conduct inspiring presentations about GoodHabitz and our unique approach to online learning.
• Advise clients on how to best implement GoodHabitz within their organizations.
• Surpass sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, IT, or online learning.
• Fluent in German and proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• A strong understanding of clients' needs and the ability to promote our learning philosophy.
• Proactive, innovative, and a critical thinker with a passion for sales.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.

Nice to Have

• Experience in HR or L&D networks within SMEs and larger organizations.
• A proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• A strong commercial acumen and the ability to engage prospects effectively.
