Laboratory Operator for Cleanroom - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Laboratory Operator for Cleanroom - Remote Opportunity to join our team at Danfoss in Minden, Germany. As a part of the Sensing Solutions division, you will contribute to the production and distribution of advanced sensor technologies. What You'll Do

• Operate (semi) automatic machinery and equipment in the cleanroom environment.
• Conduct coating processes for sensor elements within the cleanroom.
• Perform final inspections, including optical quality checks under a microscope.
• Document process steps in an ERP system accurately.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for work processes in your area.

Requirements

• A completed education in microtechnology, chemical laboratory technology, or as a Chemical Technical Assistant (CTA) is preferred.
• Initial practical experience in a chemical or technical laboratory is desirable.
• Fine motor skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Independent and quality-conscious working style.
• Experience handling chemicals is an advantage.
• Willingness to work in shifts.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a cleanroom environment.
• Knowledge of sensor technology.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
