What You'll Do
- Partner with dealership owners, general managers, and service leadership to audit operations and identify profit leaks.
- Train advisors in real-world selling strategies that drive customer satisfaction and profitability.
- Coach managers in leadership, accountability, KPI mastery, and execution.
- Transform dealership cultures and improve performance through hands-on coaching.
- Travel extensively to deliver in-person coaching and tactical implementation across various dealerships.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a high-performing Service Manager or Fixed Ops Director in heavy/commercial truck operations.
- A proven track record of driving customer satisfaction (NPS/CSI) and profitability.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort in leading training sessions.
- Ability to thrive in unfamiliar environments and command a room.
- Willingness to travel up to 3 weeks per month across the U.S. and Canada.

- Experience managing multiple locations or large-volume stores.

Who Will Succeed Here
