About the Role

What You'll Do

• Help design and implement new features for our software products.
• Support performance improvements and product enhancements.
• Write and review code with guidance from mentors.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, and product teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Participate in feedback and learning sessions to enhance your skills.

Requirements

• Open to fresh graduates and students enrolled in an accredited university in Cluj-Napoca.
• Must be pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Ideal candidates are in their 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year of Bachelor’s studies, or pursuing a Master’s or Ph.D. degree.
• Passion for software development and eagerness to learn.
• Basic understanding of programming languages such as .NET, Python, Perl, React, and Angular.

Nice to Have

• Previous internship experience in software development.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
