Community Manager - Remote Position

About the Role

We are looking for a Community Manager to build a loyal, active, and engaged community around our project. This Community Manager remote position will allow you to work from anywhere while making a significant impact on our user engagement and retention strategies.

What You'll Do

• Manage Telegram chats and Discord servers to foster community interaction.
• Maintain a positive atmosphere, enforce communication rules, and handle content moderation effectively.
• Engage with the existing audience by encouraging dialogue, running polls, quizzes, and facilitating discussions.
• Develop and implement innovative ideas to increase community activity, such as interactive events, contests, and quests.
• Post timely updates, including announcements, promotions, and changes to project mechanics.
• Respond promptly to user questions and address complaints or suggestions to enhance user satisfaction.

Requirements

• At least 1.5 years of experience as a Community Manager.
• Strong knowledge of Telegram (bots, channels, groups) and Discord (roles, channels, permissions, automation bots).
• Ability to independently generate content and activity ideas without needing constant supervision.
• Proficiency in reporting using Google Sheets or Excel and a basic understanding of QA principles.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the Crypto/Web3 industry.
• Familiarity with community growth strategies.
• Knowledge of content creation tools.
