About the Role

We are looking for a Lifestyle Medicine Physician to join our team at KLM Royal Dutch Airlines. This remote opportunity allows you to work flexibly while making a significant impact on the health and well-being of executives. As a Lifestyle Medicine Physician, you will provide preventive medical assessments and lifestyle advice to high-level professionals, ensuring they maintain their health and vitality.

What You'll Do

• Conduct preventive medical assessments (PMO) both on-site and remotely.
• Provide personalized lifestyle and wellness advice, focusing on sustainable behavior change.
• Guide clients in making informed health decisions that enhance their work performance.
• Collaborate closely with medical assistants to ensure a professional and welcoming experience.
• Contribute to the development of medical policies aimed at health promotion and prevention.

Requirements

• Must be a qualified internist, sports physician, occupational physician, or general practitioner.
• Additional training in lifestyle medicine is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical practice experience.
• Strong knowledge of the latest developments in your field.
• Affinity for prevention, behavior change, and vitality.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey medical information clearly.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a medical assistant.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

• Experience working with international clients.
• Knowledge of the corporate health sector.
