Clinical Application Specialist - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate Clinical Application Specialist to join our team remotely. This role will focus on the Paris area, providing clinical expertise in monitoring, infusion, and ventilation systems. As a Clinical Application Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers are confident and competent in using Mindray products.

What You'll Do

• Act as the primary knowledge point for customers, helping them maximize the value of Mindray products.
• Liaise with hospitals to manage clinical evaluations, installations, and post-sales support.
• Educate customers on the effective operation of our products, including monitors and ventilators.
• Provide guidance on workflow design tailored to clinical settings like ICUs and operating rooms.
• Identify opportunities for business growth and communicate them internally.
• Collaborate with sales and service engineers to drive profitable sales of Mindray devices.
• Maintain up-to-date clinical, technical, and market knowledge.
• Contribute to the development of product resources such as user guides and training presentations.

Requirements

• Proven clinical expertise in Intensive Care or Anaesthesiology.
• Experience in a biomedical environment is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor content to different audiences.
• Fluency in French is required; English proficiency is a plus.
• Ability to work autonomously and travel up to 80% of the time.
• Strong analytical and planning skills.
• Experience in clinical applications within the Paris region is a plus.
• Demonstrated project organization skills.

• Sales experience in a similar role.
• Established relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders on project execution.
