About the Role

Join Experian as a Client Success Summer Intern - Remote and gain valuable experience in client relationship management. As a Client Success Intern, you will be responsible for building relationships, addressing client needs, and expanding product adoption. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with our teams and make a significant impact on client satisfaction and success.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their success and satisfaction.
  • Monitor client volume trends and identify any changes or anomalies affecting performance.
  • Resolve client issues, including inquiries and escalations, to enhance the client experience.
  • Participate in scheduled client calls to support issue resolution and relationship management.
  • Distribute weekly/monthly volume reports, AUP, and batch reports to clients.
  • Perform access portal demos for assigned clients to facilitate their understanding of our solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Product, and Client Success) to develop and implement projects.
  • Support efforts aimed at driving volume growth, improving efficiency, and enhancing client performance.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a minimum of a Bachelor's program in Business or a related field of study.
  • Must return to school in Fall 2026 to complete your degree.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to connect dots and develop awareness of client needs.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Nice to Have

  • Previous internship experience in client success or account management.
  • Familiarity with CRM software.
  • Interest in data analytics and performance metrics.
