Chef de Partie - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and talented Chef de Partie to join our team at Mosaic Pub & Dining. This Chef de Partie remote position is key to the success of our culinary operations, ensuring that our kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards in your allocated area of the kitchen while supporting the Chef Patron and Senior Chefs in their daily tasks.

What You'll Do

• Run your allocated area of the kitchen to the highest standard.
• Support the Chef Patron and Senior Chefs in their daily tasks.
• Be involved with the production and service of all food leaving the kitchen, skill level permitting.
• Ensure that the kitchen is kept to the highest standards of cleanliness.
• Accept and organize deliveries while adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with team members and contribute positively to the team environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a professional kitchen.
• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for food and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a variety of cuisines.
• Knowledge of allergen management and dietary restrictions.
• Leadership skills and the ability to mentor junior staff.
