About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Certified Technician to join our team remotely. As a Certified Technician, you will be responsible for the diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of Apple products. This role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery.

What You'll Do

• Maintain a strong floor presence driving sales and promoting customer service excellence.
• Provide practical advice and technical support to customers, ensuring quick solutions to technical problems.
• Efficiently manage assigned repair jobs and prepare refurbished iPhones and other Apple products.
• Evaluate system configuration and software updates to maximize hardware resource utilization.
• Capture all required information from customers and create accurate documentation.
• Manage high-volume retailer accounts and ensure proper inventory management of Apple spare parts.
• Handle payment transactions and maintain related reports.
• Stay up-to-date with Apple troubleshooting articles and service news.

Requirements

• Conversational English proficiency.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in technical support or repair services.
• Strong customer service skills and a results-driven mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
