Business Partnership Manager - Payment (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Partnership Manager - Payment to join our team at Binance, the leading global blockchain ecosystem. This remote role offers the opportunity to shape the future of digital finance while working with a diverse team of experts. You will be instrumental in identifying and building strategic partnerships with payment service providers and high-volume merchants, driving expansion across various industries.

What You'll Do

• Identify, build, and scale strategic partnerships with payment service providers, acquirers, and high-volume merchants.
• Own the full enterprise sales cycle including prospecting, cold outreach, pitching, commercial structuring, contract negotiation, and execution.
• Develop and manage strong relationships with senior decision-makers within PSPs, leveraging market credibility to unlock partnerships.
• Design and execute regional expansion strategies prioritizing high-impact verticals such as gaming, e-commerce, and digital services.
• Collaborate with Product, Integration, Legal, Compliance, and Marketing teams to localize solutions and streamline onboarding processes.
• Analyze merchant performance and partnership data to optimize commercial terms and improve profitability.
• Continuously monitor competitive landscape and regulatory developments to refine regional strategy.
• Track and deliver against aggressive KPIs including merchant base growth and transaction volume expansion.

Requirements

• 6-10 years of experience in payments, fintech, or large digital wallet ecosystems.
• Proven enterprise-level business development experience with the ability to engage C-suite stakeholders.
• Strong existing network within PSPs, acquirers, or financial institutions in the target region.
• Demonstrated ability to operate in regulated environments and navigate compliance considerations.
• Commercially mature, resilient, and execution-driven, with a strong analytical mindset.
• Fluency in English and relevant regional languages is required.
