About the Role

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer - Remote to join our dynamic team at Web Inclusion. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping our visual identity and ensuring that every design reflects our commitment to digital accessibility. What You'll Do

• Own and evolve the corporate identity and visual language of Web Inclusion.
• Develop and maintain a scalable design system that enhances our brand consistency.
• Lead the design of our website and landing pages to create engaging user experiences.
• Create high-performing paid ad creatives that effectively communicate our mission.
• Design eBooks, case studies, and product marketing assets that resonate with our audience.
• Produce short-form social videos and motion assets to enhance our digital presence.
• Collaborate with Marketing Managers across Europe to adapt global brand assets for local markets.
• Act as the central design contact within the Marketing team, supporting product launches with visual storytelling.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Graphic Design, Brand Design, or Visual Design.
• A strong portfolio showcasing brand systems and website design.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with video editing tools.
• A strong understanding of WCAG and accessible design principles.
• A structured, independent working style with strong communication skills in English.
• High quality standards and attention to detail.
• Ambition to grow into a senior role.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a SaaS environment.
• Familiarity with digital marketing principles.
