As a Customer Support Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing customer interactions and supporting our Customer Support team.
What You'll Do
- Answer and manage a high volume of incoming calls, providing excellent customer service.
- Create and document cases for customer interactions to ensure efficient follow-up.
- Provide accurate information about services and policies to customers.
- Monitor shared email inboxes and respond promptly to inquiries.
- Maintain department calendars and schedules to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide clerical support across departments as needed.
- Serve as backup for other administrative assistants, ensuring continuity of service.
- Adapt to new technology and software to enhance productivity.
- Ensure neat and organized workspaces for optimal efficiency.
- Perform related duties as assigned to support the team.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a receptionist or administrative support role is preferred.
- Confidence managing multi-line phone systems.
- Experience with case tracking systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with third-party authentication tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute.
- A positive, customer-first attitude is essential.
