About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to join our team and support our growth in the Spain and Portugal market. As a Business Development Representative remote, you will play a crucial role in connecting with small and medium-sized businesses in various industries, including mechanical engineering and robotics. Your efforts will directly contribute to our company's strong growth by developing new business opportunities and ensuring a steady sales pipeline.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and expand the customer base through proactive acquisition and inbound leads.
  • Represent the company professionally to customers, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
  • Achieve established sales plans and KPIs while managing a pipeline of opportunities.
  • Maintain effective communication with customers via calls, emails, and online meetings.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of the CRM system (Salesforce) for tracking customer interactions.
  • Assist customers in using their accounts and placing orders efficiently.
  • Monitor and control payments to ensure smooth transactions.

Requirements

  • First experiences in sales are preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and achieve results.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is required, with good knowledge of English for internal communication.
  • Portuguese language skills will be an additional advantage.
  • Ability to negotiate and correspond fluently in foreign languages.
  • Technical mindset to understand product specifics quickly.
  • Experience of living abroad is preferred.
  • High level of responsibility, determination, and flexibility.
