Business Development Executive - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive - Remote to join our dynamic team. What You'll Do

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders in the hospitality sector.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
• Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups with leads.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the hospitality or SaaS industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience with CRM tools and outbound marketing strategies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Nice to Have

• Experience in finance or accounting recruiting is a plus.
• Familiarity with the dairy industry and its market dynamics.
• Knowledge of performance metrics and sales analytics.
