Assistant Store Manager - Retail Operations

About the Role

We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our team at ALDI in Portogruaro, Italy. In this role, you will support the Store Manager in ensuring operational procedures are followed and will take charge in their absence. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will coordinate the store team and optimize work processes to provide customers with a pleasant shopping experience.

What You'll Do

• Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and ensure compliance with operational procedures.
• Coordinate the store team to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Optimize work processes within the store for efficiency.
• Provide a pleasant shopping experience for customers through excellent service.
• Take responsibility for the store in the absence of the Store Manager.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar role within the retail sector.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Availability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Dynamic and passionate about teamwork and problem-solving.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in the grocery retail sector.
