Associate Project Manager - Game Development

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Project Manager to join our team at Sperasoft, a leading game co-development company. As an Associate Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects meet deadlines and deliver the required quality.

What You'll Do

• Analyze and investigate new project requirements, preparing comprehensive project plans.
• Assess risks and propose effective mitigations to ensure project success.
• Manage project teams or sub-teams, including programmers, artists, game designers, and QA specialists.
• Identify and clarify team goals, ensuring alignment of expectations between stakeholders.
• Assign and manage team tasks while optimizing team capacity for maximum efficiency.
• Facilitate communications within the team and between the team and company departments, as well as with clients.
• Conduct team meetings and provide various reports to stakeholders.
• Track individual performance and support team growth through regular feedback and career development plans.
• Conduct project interviews and contribute to the hiring process.

Requirements

• Experience working with external clients, establishing collaborative relationships, and building trust.
• Ability to efficiently manage teams of 5 or more people.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with a result-oriented approach.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in Game Development projects is a plus.

• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
• Experience in agile project management.
