About the Role

We are hiring an Assistant Information Technology to join our team at TRATON. This role offers a unique opportunity to work remotely while supporting the Head of Information Technology (CIO) and the IT Governance function. As an Assistant Information Technology, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth communication and workflow within the IT Management Team.

What You'll Do

• Provide administrative support, including document preparation, editing, and correspondence.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and project documentation.
• Organize team and company events to foster collaboration.
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
• Handle confidential business and personnel information with discretion.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training and proven experience in a similar role, preferably in an international or consulting services environment.
• Strong organizational skills, independent working style, and effective time management.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, proactivity, and discretion in handling confidential matters.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and German.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Nice to Have

• Experience in the automotive industry.
• Familiarity with IT governance frameworks.
